The Akashic Records are described in spiritual traditions as a kind of library of everything a soul has experienced. In a clearing, I use a guided process to look for patterns, promises or stuck energy that may be affecting you now, and to release them.
This is a spiritual practice based on beliefs that not everyone shares. It isn't a medical treatment or a diagnosis. I trained as an Akashic Records clearer, and sessions are held online.
