For when something feels heavy

Some people feel weighed down in ways that talking alone hasn't shifted. In some spiritual traditions, this can be explained by outside energies or attachments. I use Soul Center Healing Hypnosis, a method developed by Laura Whitworth, to work with this in a careful, quiet way.

How the sessions go

• A longer first session (about four hours). We begin with a conversation and the paperwork, then move into the deeper work.
• Parts work: looking at the different parts of us that carry old fears and protect us.
• Ego strengthening: building confidence and steadiness afterwards.
• Follow-up sessions: to keep going and to check in on how things have felt.

For online sessions you'll need a headset or wired headphones.
